PROBLEM!!!!

  1. UD Mitra Utama do their inventory system MANUALLY (using a simple notebook) which is full of human error.
  2. The number of employee is very small and sometime only 7-8 people work in a day (depending on how much shoes ordered). Sometimes some important notes will not be noted because half of the employee get off days.
  3. Sometimes it is hard to note in and out material/shoes from the warehouse.
  4. Warehouse location is still on the same area with inventory location. This thing makes all employess focus only on ‘how to produce more and more shoes’ rather than thinking about will the  inventory or warehouse fit enough or not.
  5. No personal order means no one really knows how much shoes left in the warehouse/inventory,
